Joseph Piccinnini, MA,CMT, founder of Richmond Music Center, is pleased to announce that Sunday, October 8, 2006 will mark the sixteenth anniversary of student recitals performed at Carnegie Hall, Weill Recital Hall.  During the course of the past sixteen years, more than 650 students and about 4,500 audience members have participated in this event.  New York University professors have also participated in our recitals.  Students of all ages and abilities have a chance to perform in front of their families and friends.

The Carnegie Hall recital is the highlight of our year.  Performing at the legendary Carnegie Hall is one of the most memorable moments in the lives of the students.  Seeing the progress of the students and watching the results as they perform always overwhelm their teachers and parents.  To mark this fifteen-year accomplishment, we respectfully request an official proclamation which will serve to also magnify the accomplishments of our students.  Thank you for your consideration.
